Communications Plan Outline

Having an effective communication plan plays a crucial role in addressing key issues affecting the organization’s key operations. Through the communication plan, it becomes easier to develop a strong basis through which the organization’s initiatives are met. Therefore, through the outline, there will be an overview of different communication aspects within the organization. The outline will highlight the campaign’s audience, key content, channel, and the calendar of key events.

Through communication, the organization will highlight different approaches that could be utilized in addressing key issues impacting the developments in the organization. There will be an overview of different techniques that could be utilized in fighting cases of violence among women and children. The insights provided through the analysis will be key in developing an effective campaign on how to champion women’s rights and vulnerable girls in the community.  The communication will be designed effectively to ensure it created the desired experience for the audience.

The campaign’s communication will be shared through the board meetings, where all the stakeholders will be briefed on the timelines and other key elements of the campaign. Different fliers will be developed to enhance the efficiency of communication in the campaigns.  The communication messages will be shared twice a week with the stakeholders through different channels, such as social media and emails. The audience of the campaign will be different groups championing for women’s and girls’ rights.  There will be an evaluation of different approaches in addressing the issue of violence against women and girls as highlighted in The Spotlight Initiative report 2017.  Through the blog campaign, it will be easier to develop an in-depth understanding of key strategies and approaches to address key issues affecting the team.
